
Beginning of Cessna 172 project.

Emil selected the most popular light aircraft in North America, the Cessna 172, for a Czech engine conversion.
We could write a whole book about the years of hard work that went into the North American introduction of the engines, the design and manufacturing of engine mounts, oil tanks, and exhaust systems, up to full installation kits; as well as the annual displays at airshows in Lakeland, Florida and Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

In 2004 Emil and Lindsey purchased a small house with vineyard and orchard in a village in Southern Moravia.

Emil & Lindsey attended the 2007 Solar World Congress in Beijing. They were the only two Canadians in attendance. Upon returning home they founded a new company, "Afortek", specializing in renewable energy and small farm and garden implements.
